Duties & responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit annual budgets, providing regular plans and reports to the Commission; 
• Liaise with the LCSD, HKSI and other bodies on funding matters; Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with the terms of the Subvention Agreement.
• Organize and execute local and oversea lifesaving programs/events approved by the Executive Committee of the NSA;
• Co-ordinate with the Coaches in regional, national squad training and elite training;
• Overseas and work on weekends/holidays is sometimes required.  

Qualifications and experience required:

• An accredited Association Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/ a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience (lifesaving related experience is a definite advantage) ;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good command in spoken Putonghua is an advantage);
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing);

Benefits:

• Monthly salary：HK$ 28,507 (This post is subvented by the LCSD)
